Anti-Aging - The Top 5 Natural Anti-Aging Keys To Growing Younger

Growing Younger. Sounds great doesn’t it? It’s the idea that many are searching for. How can we turn back the hands of time? Can we actually do it? The Fountain of Youth was a concept that we read about in early writings. It seems that losing your youth and aging was many times associated with something negative. However aging doesn’t have to be a challenging process. There are many natural solutions to keep the clock turned back. The major key to begin the process is creating some discipline with your health habits. Anti-aging is not a reactive process, but rather it is a proactive process. If you make great lifestyle choices today, you will reap the benefits tomorrow. Now keep in mind there are hundreds of tips that I could give you. However, I like to keep things concise and practical. Lets look at some simple ways to keep the aging process to a minimum.

1.Exercise
You may not like to hear it, but you have to do it. And please understand that gardening and walking your dog doesn’t count! Its proven in more studies that can be counted how important exercise is to the anti-aging process. Aim for 5-6 days a week doing something that involves some level of intensity for empowering your health. Fast walking, jogging, weightlifting, playing a sport, or walking the entire golf course.

2. Get Your Omega Fats
We know now how important the omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids are to our overall health. Not only for heart, brain, immune, and hormone health, but also for our appearance, performance, and overall skin health. We often think fish to get these healthy fats, and salmon is the king. However, these fats can be found abundantly in walnuts, flaxseed,  and even squash if you are vegan. Regardless, make sure to know your levels by having an omega fatty acid blood test to know your exact numbers. It is vital for turning back the clock.

3. Keep The Adrenals Healthy
You can start by drinking green tea. My personal favorite. Nothing keeps the skin radiant and glowing like green tea. Its great for specifically losing targeted belly fat and lowers the stress hormone called cortisol. Green tea along with additional herbals can help keep the adrenals healthy which will keep you looking and feeling younger.

4.Keep Up The Protein
Stress demands a lot from us. Our cells are built primarily with protein. However, getting enough each day is essential. Look for organic sourced proteins and follow the protein rule that we use in all of our coaching systems. Getting the right amount for your body type is essential.

5.Get Your Sleep
Here is your secret weapon. Get at least 6-9 hours of sleep each night. Not sleeping is a sure path to accelerating the aging process. A real key for getting your best sleep is following a great nutritional routine like a sleep protocol to get your brain chemistry set for a deep stage of sleep.
